Junior Development Program
Aside from individual coaching options for children, Coaches Inc. also provides a social platform of learning - through our Group Junior Development Programme.
The Programme has three (3) levels of graduation that ultimately lead into our Junior Academy. Each Level or stage is based over a 7 week period, and run during each of the school terms. Children are devided into two (2) age brackets 5-9 years old and 10-14 years old. Depending on group sizes, we may refine this down to (3) groups were the age ranges are tighter.

Stage Progression
Every Stage of Developent has a minimum pass rate to be achieved before progressing to the next level of development.
Progression Points System
Measuring system used to monitor and reflect your childs performacne and personal growth and behaviour.
Graduation Certificiate
At the conclusion of every level or stage, your child will receive a certficate detailing what Progression Points they obtained.
Report
A more in depth report detailing where your child excelled, and where further support is required.
Internet Sharing Folder (Free)
Reports, and any other supporting documents will be saved in a Internet Sharing folder, where only the designated parent or gaurdian and the coach can view files. This is a 'live' document that keeps you up to date with your childs progression.
