Coaches Inc. utilises the education model of ‘coaching’ as opposed to 'instruction'.  Instruction tends to direct the learner, limiting their participation in development and forming a reliance on the Instructor. By contrast, Coaching is about giving the learner the tools to be autonomous when not in the presence of their teacher, which from a golfing point of view, ultimately results in a more enjoyable development journey, faster and better results. Mix this in with Adam's contagious enthusiasm and his genuine empathy for people, and you have yourself a dynamite support system!​
