The only reason you would purchase this 3m mat, compared to its 4m big brother is due to limited size at home or budget restraints.  This mat comes with 10 score based practice exercise, whereas the 4m variant comes with over 50, resulting in more engagement and better skill development.  That aside, this mat is fantastic, and the best in it's class from a size point of view.
